A contemporary extension including a glazed link and glazed elevations to allow the internal space to connect with the landscaped gardens. The existing dwelling was further modified to provide a private balcony accessed from a central landing and a large first floor bedroom and ensuite with views over the existing garden. The ground floor introduced a larger lounge area with full height glazing further synergising the internal and external space.
